CARAVELLA GRAN RIPIENO



This is finished chocolate ganache. Irresistible chocolate cream that could be easily applied to all surfaces satisfying all tastes and preferences, widely used in confectionery, bakery and ice cream production. Very easy to use. Without hydrogenated fats, contains only natural ingredients.

Use: For filling the finest pralines, chocolate bars, chocolate truffles and could be used as chocolate cover or glaze. Perfect base for mixing with different flavors and other ingredients, excellent for decorating cupcakes and cakes.

There are three different flavors:

1. Hazelnut - CARAVELLA GRAN RIPIENO NOCCIOLA
- Hazelnut Chocolate Ganache with min 8% of real hazelnuts, whey powder, vanilla flavor.
- The recommended operating temperature is 26-28˚C.

2. Dark chocolate - CARAVELLA RIPIENO GRAN CACAO
- Black Chocolate Ganache min with 20% of cocoa, whey powder, vanilla flavor.
- The recommended operating temperature is 28-30˚C.

3. White chocolate - CARAVELLA GRAN RIPIENO WHITE
- White Chocolate Ganache with min 27% milk, whey powder, vanilla flavor.
- The recommended operating temperature is 28-30˚C.
